Every week I'll be posting a quick summary of O365 updates included in the admin weekly digest email that you can sign up for via the admin Message Center: https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/MessageCenter - these emails include items posted to the message center over the last week and come out every Monday.
Highlighted Updates:
- You can now (again) create SharePoint lists from Excel files or other Lists (Roadmap ID: 33603)
- Admins can now transform the tenant root site collection into a Communication site. The one caveat is that the site cannot have publishing enabled (Roadmap ID: 46338)
Teams
- You can now share system audio in Teams (Roadmap ID: 50692)
- Teams is getting support for on-hold Music (Roadmap ID: 50796)
- Teams group chat size is increasing to 100 members (Roadmap ID: 51235)
- Teams is getting sharing links with permissions (Roadmap ID: 51230)
Updates
- Outlook for Android is getting smart replies (Roadmap ID: 43305 & 42521)
- OneDrive sync client has a new Get Help feature (Roadmap ID: 49313)
Admin Updates
- Dynamics 365 in NAM is getting a minor service update.
