Every week I'll be posting a quick summary of O365 updates included in the admin weekly digest email that you can sign up for via the admin Message Center: https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/MessageCenter - these emails include items posted to the message center over the last week and come out every Monday.
New Features
- New density and spacing settings options are coming to Outlook for Windows
- New Sign-In functionality is coming to the M365 login page (Roadmap ID: 45516)

- Members in Teams can now request a member addition to add additional users to a Team (Roadmap ID: 48396)
- To-Do and Planner integration will be rolling out soon (Roadmap ID: 48624)
Admin Updates
- In Teams, admins can now managed meeting chat by setting a CsTeamsMeetingsPolicy which has been separated from the global chat settings in CsTeamsMessagingPolicy
- URL views in Threat Explorer will be rolling out soon. (Roadmap ID: 49537)

Soon in Outlook for Windows
As announced in MC147799 in September 2018, we introduced a new “Coming Soon” feature that offers a preview of new user experience updates in Outlook for Windows and provides you and your users an opportunity to try the experience and to provide feedback. Updated Feature: New
setting in CsTeamsMeetingPolicy to manage meetings chat
Major Update: General Availability Act By: May 30 We’re updating the way meetings chat is controlled by creating a new, separate setting in CsTeamsMeetingPolicy to manage meetings chat, as a change from previous practice where meetings chat followed CsTeamsMessagingPolicy. We'll begin rolling this feature out soon, but will do it in stages to provide time for customers to make any changes. |
